Who we are
Vital Dispatch is dispatch, scheduling, and clinical charting software operated by JVCO Solutions for mobile medical businesses. Each business runs on its own isolated database; patient information is never shared between businesses.
Health information (HIPAA)
Patient information entered into Vital Dispatch — bookings, intake forms, treatment notes, photos — is protected health information handled under HIPAA. Access is limited to the business's authorized, two-factor-authenticated staff on a minimum-necessary basis: nurses see only patients assigned to them. Every access is recorded in a permanent audit log. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Text messages (SMS)
This notice covers text messaging by Aggieland Hydration, the business served by this deployment. When you provide your mobile number while booking — online or by phone — you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Aggieland Hydration: booking confirmations, nurse assignment and arrival updates, and a post-visit follow-up. Message frequency is typically 2–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose.
Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies: the encrypted session that keeps staff securely signed in. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, and we never sell data.
Device permissions
Some features ask for device access — push notifications for dispatch alerts, the camera for treatment photos. These are always requested through your browser's own permission prompt at the moment the feature is used, and you can decline or revoke them in your browser settings at any time. Notification content never includes patient information.
Your choices
